Parklands Motel Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment details are provided and the reservation is acknowledged via email or phone.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details, including check-in and check-out dates, room type, and number of guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
    For arrivals outside these hours, please contact the motel in advance to arrange a late check-in.

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
    Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows may result in a charge of one night’s stay.

  • Group bookings may have different cancellation policies, communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment Policy

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • Any balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS.

  • Online Payments: Bank transfers are accepted; details will be provided upon request.

  • Cash: Accepted for in-person payments.

6. Additional Charges

  • Damage to property, loss of keys, or excessive cleaning required after a stay may incur additional fees, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Optional extras (e.g., late check-out or additional beds) must be requested and confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.

7. Special Requests

  • Special requests, such as accessibility requirements or specific room preferences, will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
