Parklands Motel Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once payment details are provided and the reservation is acknowledged via email or phone.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details, including check-in and check-out dates, room type, and number of guests.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
For arrivals outside these hours, please contact the motel in advance to arrange a late check-in. -
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows may result in a charge of one night’s stay.

Group bookings may have different cancellation policies, communicated at the time of booking.
4. Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Any balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS.

Online Payments: Bank transfers are accepted; details will be provided upon request.

Cash: Accepted for in-person payments.
6. Additional Charges

Damage to property, loss of keys, or excessive cleaning required after a stay may incur additional fees, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

7. Special Requests
